You will also need knowledge of product variability, perishability, and storage requirements to ensure freshness and quality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Additionally, you must be able to use cleaning chemicals safely, possess accurate math skills, and be flexible to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on department needs.
