The Meat Cutter is responsible for proficiently preparing and cutting various types of meat, including brisket, ribs, sausage, and other BBQ meats, by following established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality and consistency. This role requires adherence to strict safety and hygiene protocols in handling, storing, and cutting meat to ensure the highest levels of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health and safety standards. The Meat Cutter will operate and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly sanitized to optimize efficiency and safety during meat cutting. Effective communication with other staff members is essential for fulfilling customer orders, maintaining an organized workflow, and ensuring a smooth operation in the meat block area. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent hospitality by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues in a polite and professional manner. The Meat Cutter must also be able to complete tasks as assigned by the management team.
