About The Position

Sullivan's Foods is hiring a Meat Cutter to join our team! This position is responsible for the preparation of Meat products that will be prepared for and sold in our meat case at the store. You will need to be comfortable working in a cool, damp environment, and have a strong focus on food safety as well as safely operating meat tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous retail/meat experience preferred
• Strong focus on food safety

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Meat products that will be prepared for and sold in our meat case at the store.
• Safely operating meat tools and equipment.
