The purpose of this position is to consistently meet assigned daily production requirements and ensuring that meat preparation is consistently in accordance with food safety standards and procedures, in addition to providing a positive shopping experience for customers. The Meat Cutter is expected to use meat operating tools and equipment up to 85% of the time.
