About The Position

Littleton’s Market is seeking an experienced, full time Meat Cutter to join our Butchery Team. The Meat Cutter will assist in ordering, receiving, and stocking products, interacting with customers, breaking down products, and maintaining cleanliness. Littleton’s Market aims to create a joyful experience for our customers and team, who are united through hospitality and are inspired to make every day a special occasion with amazing food and drinks. Requirements

• Great customer service

• The ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
• Background in meat cutting and grinding

Responsibilities

• Breaking down and cutting animal products
• Assisting with meat preparations, including preparing value-added products
• Interacting with customers
• Using electronic sales system
• Packaging and labeling products for sale
• Tracking inventory
• Maintaining an impeccably clean working environment
