Cuts, trims, tenderizes, and grinds meat using various equipment in the Meat Department. Reassembles and maintains equipment for daily use. Cleans and sanitizes work area and equipment throughout the workday. Assists with wrapping meat, stocking the meat case, and arranging the display case. Assesses the production needs and rotates merchandise. Follows proper safety procedures and standards.
