About The Position

The Meat/Asst Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals, and controlling quality assurance standards within the Meat department. This role also involves monitoring all functions, duties, and activities related to the department and demonstrating the company's core values. King Soopers, based in Colorado, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in over 115 stores across Colorado and Wyoming. Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
• Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return
• Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department
• Control all established quality assurance standards
• Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Meat department
