About The Position

The MEAT/ASST DEPT LEADER is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the Meat department. This role involves controlling quality assurance standards and monitoring all departmental functions, duties, and activities, while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. • Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return
• Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department and control all established quality assurance standards
• Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Meat department
