About The Position

This role involves handling and preparing meat products, including cutting, wrapping, packaging, and labeling. The associate will also be responsible for taking customer orders, fulfilling special requests, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company standards and food safety protocols. Additionally, the position includes training junior staff and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in handling and preparing meat products.
• Ability to cut, wrap, package, and label meat products.
• Willingness to work in a cooler environment.
• Customer service skills for taking orders and special requests.
• Knowledge of and adherence to food safety protocols, SOPs, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare meat products.
