About The Position

Our Meat and Seafood Department holds the center stage for any exquisite meal. We provide only the best quality meats that are lifetime antibiotic and hormone free. Our seafood is fresh, with minimal time spent out of the water, and shipments are flown in several times per week. Our Jack’s Grill service allows our culinary experts to grill any of our proteins to perfection right there in the department. In this position, the opportunities to grow and learn are endless.

Requirements

• Food safety expertise.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• 18 years or older is preferred.
• Holiday and weekend availability.
