About The Position
This role involves the preparation of meat and chicken, including making sausage. Responsibilities include receiving and properly stacking loads from transportation trucks, grinding and cutting meat, and wrapping meat for display. The employee will also be responsible for replenishing the counter display and must be adaptable to additional skills, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 Years of Age or Older
- Able to Lift 40 lbs/Push or Pull 100 lbs
- Able to stand for 5 hours
- Able to use knives, slicers, ovens, and other machinery to complete tasks
Responsibilities
- Meat and Chicken preparation
- Making sausage
- Receiving loads off of transportation trucks and stacking the loads properly
- Grinding and cutting meat
- Wrapping meat and replenishing the counter display
- Ability to adapt to additional skills, duties, and responsibilities that are asked of the employee
