This is a multi-skilled position responsible for gas measurement of allocation, custody transfer and operational meters. The role involves the installation and troubleshooting of EFM, O2 and communication equipment. The Measurement Tech will also be responsible for operating and maintaining portable Gas Chromatograph for required monthly sampling, operating PC with interface software, scheduling and documentation of work, and performing witness of monthly calibrations. Additionally, the role involves balancing of Surface Co-Mingled systems and understanding and complying with CFR 43 3175 Federal Regulation. The Measurement Tech will maintain and complete all required documentation for agency reporting and develop and maintain customer relations with producers and the team. A key aspect of the role is to review and identify volume balance issues and investigate variances. The role also requires the ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.), maintain employee confidence and protect company assets by keeping information confidential, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties as assigned by management.
