About The Position

Redo Cabinets (fka Krumwiede Roofing) is seeking a Measure Technician to join their growing team. This full-time W-2 position is crucial for ensuring accuracy in kitchen remodeling projects by turning designs into flawless installations. The Measure Technician acts as the on-site technical expert, assessing job conditions and determining the installation process for contracted work. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of cabinet layouts and installation. Requirements

Experience measuring kitchen cabinets
Strong understanding of cabinet layouts and kitchen design
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to identify and communicate installation challenges
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Experience in cabinet refacing, installation, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical

Responsibilities

Perform accurate measurements of cabinet components for proper material ordering
Complete all necessary paperwork for job and material orders
Evaluate and document existing job site conditions
Create detailed drawings for installers based on contract specifications
Identify site issues or irregularities that may impact installation
Determine when plumbing and/or electrical work is required
Review contracts and expectations with customers prior to installation
Collect measure payments when required
Maintain scheduled appointment times and manage workload efficiently
Support project coordination by communicating with installers and customers
Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive customer experience
