About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Measure Tech / Service Person to support our installation and service operations. This position combines field measuring, service work, material preparation, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping materials, tools, and equipment organized and ready for the field team. Requirements

Previous construction, window/door, remodeling, warehouse, or service experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational skills.
Comfortable working with hand tools and basic power tools.
Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure accurately.
Ability to lift and move windows, doors, and other materials.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Professional and courteous when working in customers' homes.
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay productive with minimal supervision.
Ability to regularly lift and carry materials.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work in various job-site conditions.
Ability to safely handle windows, doors, tools, and warehouse materials.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate measurements at customer homes and job sites.
Verify window, door, and related installation requirements.
Document measurements and job-site information accurately.
Communicate job-site conditions and material needs to the office and installation teams.
Assist with service calls and warranty-related work as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Organize windows, doors, trim, accessories, and other installation materials.
Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming materials.
Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installation jobs.
Keep inventory areas clearly labeled and easy to navigate.
Help track materials and identify shortages, damaged products, or missing items.
Load and unload materials safely.
Maintain organization of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
Perform basic service and repair work related to windows, doors, screens, trim, and other products.
Assist installers with materials and job-site needs when necessary.
Pick up and deliver materials or products as needed.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance when interacting with customers.
