About The Position

The Bunge North America Bellevue, OH soybean processing plant is looking for a Meal Load Operator. This position is primarily responsible for loading meal cars and trucks, moving rail cars, and sanitation. The role involves operating all aspects of meal loadout, including lab and sanitation duties, unloading grains from rail cars and trucks, operating mobile equipment like payloaders and Bobcats, loading manufactured products into rail cars and trucks, and completing all necessary paperwork. A strong commitment to food safety, maintaining a food safety culture, and complying with regulatory requirements is essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED – minimum of 18 years old
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules and policies
• Ability to operate various types of machinery
• Ability to take direction and work as a team
• Good attendance and reliability are critical
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to tolerate soybean and dust as possible allergens at a soybean processing plant
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Ability to work tolerate working at various heights as required on man lifts

Responsibilities

• Operating all aspects of meal loadout, including but not limited to lab, sanitation and other duties
• Unload grains from rail cars and trucks
• Operate mobile equipment such as payloader and bobcat
• Load products manufactured at facility into rail cars and trucks
• Complete all paperwork
• Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements
