About The Position
Every Monday, a warehouse full of fresh, high-protein meals from Locale needs to land in Bay Area fridges. Drivers run home-delivery routes out of our Hayward hub (94545) — load up, run your route, come back for another if you want more hours. The average hourly pay is $27 (base plus tips). Drivers can pick their window on Mondays: 9am – 12pm, 9am – 4pm, or 3pm – 7pm. Drivers are expected to arrive 60 minutes before their chosen window starts for loading.
Requirements
- To live near Hayward, CA
- Your own car — sedan, SUV or minivan
- A valid driver's license and insurance
- Able to carry a 20 lb box
- Free every Monday, long term
Responsibilities
- Roll into the hub
- Load insulated boxes into your own car
- Run your route in the driver app
- Drop the empty bags back at the hub
