About The Position
Action Pact is a community action agency dedicated to improving lives and communities for over 50 years. We partner with local organizations to support the progress of individuals and families. We are seeking a part-time Meal Delivery Driver for our Senior Citizens Center in Metter, GA. This role involves food preparation following AAA guidelines, packaging, serving clients, managing supplies, completing paperwork and inventory, and maintaining a clean kitchen and equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year related experience
- Maintain a private automobile with proper liability insurance and a Georgia Driver’s License.

- Experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Package and deliver meals to home-delivered meal clients, operate and maintain agency and/or state vehicles in a safe, efficient manner.
- Package and deliver meals to home-delivered meals clients as assigned
- Maintain agency/state vehicles in a safe, efficient manner
- Report performance or safety issues related to vehicle to county coordinator in a timely manner
- Complete reports and other program documents as assigned
- Follow all food-safety guidelines
- Provide quality customer service to external and internal customers
- Assist county coordinator in maintaining a clean, safe facility.
- Attend and participate in training as assigned.
- Maintain a private automobile with proper liability insurance and a Georgia Driver’s License.
