About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Meal Deliverer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up prepared meals from our kitchen and delivering them to customers at their specified locations. You will ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintain the quality of the food during transport, and provide excellent customer service. This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring our customers receive their meals fresh and on time. The Meal Deliverer reports to the Delivery Manager.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable vehicle with current insurance.
Ability to lift and carry meal packages (up to 25 lbs).
Strong knowledge of local area and navigation skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in food delivery or a similar role.
Familiarity with delivery apps and GPS technology.

Responsibilities

Pick up meals from the kitchen and verify order accuracy.
Deliver meals to customers at designated addresses within a specified timeframe.
Ensure food is transported safely and maintains its quality and temperature.
Provide friendly and professional customer service during delivery.
Handle customer inquiries or issues professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Report any issues or delays to the Delivery Manager promptly.
