World Vision Internships offer a three-month opportunity for talented students and recent graduates eager to dive into the international relief and development field. We are dedicated to giving you a meaningful learning experience, where you will grow, gain valuable skills, and connect with other passionate professionals who share our mission. Join World Vision’s Humanitarian Operations team and contribute to strengthening the evidence that informs humanitarian responses around the world. The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and Child Protection in Emergencies (CPiE) teams work together to understand what is working, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that learning is translated into better outcomes for children and communities affected by crises. As a Humanitarian MEAL & CPiE Evidence and Learning Intern, you will support a joint evidence and learning agenda by bringing together research, program insights, and operational learning from across World Vision and the wider humanitarian sector. You will help identify key patterns, gaps, and emerging trends, while transforming complex information into practical learning products that strengthen emergency programming and improve outcomes for vulnerable children.
