About The Position

Winning Wheels is an 88-bed non-profit rehabilitation facility located in Prophetstown, IL, specializing in care for young adults with Spinal Cord and Traumatic Brain Injuries, as well as other neurological impairments. We are currently seeking an MDS Nurse to join our team.

Requirements

• MDS Coding
• Conducting assessments (quarterly, annual, and for new admits)
• Writing restorative programs
• Supervising Restorative staff
• Overseeing braces
• Rotating on-call
• Assisting with open shifts
