Patewood Post Acute is a 120-bed, beautiful skilled nursing and rehab facility in the heart of the Greenville Metro. Requirements
- MDS assessment experience
- Resident plan of care experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines.
- Manage the resident assessment process, which includes individual assessment, MDS assessment, and resident plan of care.
