MDS Nurse (RN)
About The Position
As a MDS Nurse RN, your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the completion of CAAs and Care Planning. This role will cover 2 of our SNF facilities, on site on rotating days- Marquis Wilsonville and Marquis Hope Village(Canby). It will include coordination with Direct care staff, residents/families, Physicians, healthcare providers and facility inter-disciplinary teams- as you complete the assigned MDS assessments.
Requirements
- Licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills
- 2 – 3 years experience working as an RN
Nice To Haves
- MDS experience recommended, not required
- Long-term care experience
- Strong passion for working with the senior population
- Experience in Nurse Supervisor roles
