Requirements
- Currently licensed as an LVN in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Basic knowledge of Medicare guidelines.
- Very good communication skills.
- Very good interviewing skills.
- Very good organizational skills.
- Very attentive to detail.
- Very accurate.
Nice To Haves
- MDS Certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conducting MDS assessments and care plans for residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Organizing resident information and care plans.
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and assessments.
