About The Position

The MDS LPN completes the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal law and the policies and goals of the Community. The position is based at Maple Heights Health & Rehab Center in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible dayshift hours and an hourly wage of $35.00–$38.00.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Active CPR or BLS certification.
• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate various software programs, including electronic health record software.
