About The Position

A.G. Rhodes Cobb is seeking a Full-time MDS Coordinator for its Cobb community in Marietta. This role requires a current LPN or RN License and MDS experience. Requirements

• Current Georgia RN or LPN License
• Two years of MDS experience in SNF setting preferred
• RAC-CT Certification preferred
• Knowledge of MDS/CAAs/Care plan completion for all disciplines
• Knowledge of Georgia Case mix and Medicare PDPM
• Knowledge of Medicare Cert and Re-cert completion
• Detail-orientated and excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of Casper reports
• Critical thinker/Problem solver
• Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication/interviewing skills
• Ability to foster teamwork with all departments
• Good documentation skills
• Strong organization skills

Nice To Haves
