About The Position

Diversicare is seeking an MDS Coordinator (RNAC) to oversee the accuracy and compliance of MDS assessments and support quality patient and resident care. The role coordinates the RAI process, works with the interdisciplinary team on assessments and care plans, and helps ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines. The coordinator also provides education on the RAI process, monitors quality measures, maintains documentation, and ensures timely submissions to state databases and other entities. The position calls for a current registered nursing license in the state of employment and working knowledge of MDS 3.0. Two years of MDS experience is preferred but not required. Requirements

Hold a current registered nursing (RN) license in the state of employment.
Have working knowledge of MDS 3.0.

Two years of MDS experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the RAI process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
