About The Position
As an MDS Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving quality outcomes, ensuring assessment accuracy, and supporting exceptional resident care while contributing to the facility's clinical and financial success. Requirements
- Current Washington RN license (or NLC-eligible)
- Previous MDS and skilled nursing facility experience required
- Strong knowledge of the RAI process and case management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass required employment screenings
Responsibilities
- Lead the MDS and resident assessment process
- Ensure assessments and documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate care planning with the interdisciplinary team
- Support Medicare and Managed Care requirements
- Help drive quality outcomes and reimbursement accuracy
- Serve as a key resource for MDS, care planning, and compliance
