About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort South Charlotte is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience. This role is crucial for resident and guest outcomes and overall experience in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation resort that combines luxury, amenities, and high-quality care for rapid rehabilitation. The facility is a high-volume, skilled nursing acute care setting where nursing assessment and review are critical. Requirements

Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
3 - 5 years of MDS Coordinator experience in an SNF or LTC setting.

Responsibilities

Play a vital role in resident and guest outcomes and overall experience.
Perform nursing assessment and review crucial to the facility's operations.
