About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort HUNTERSVILLE is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator with SNF experience. We are a state-of-the-art rehabilitation resort that combines luxury, amenities, and high-quality care for a superior rehabilitation experience. Our MDS Coordinators are vital to resident and guest outcomes. We are looking for skilled MDS Care Plan Coordinators to join our compassionate and hospitable care-giving team in a high-volume, skilled nursing acute care facility where nursing assessment and review are crucial.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of North Carolina
• 3 - 5 years of MDS Coordinator experience in an SNF or LTC setting.

Responsibilities

• Play a vital role in resident and guest outcomes and overall experience.
• Perform nursing assessment and review.
