Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven Project Leadership: At least 3–5 years of experience leading complex projects or operations, specifically demonstrating the ability to manage budgets and timelines from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles by defining clear goals and schedules that align with our broader business strategy, ensuring every initiative delivers meaningful value.
  • Optimize resource allocation to guarantee that every project phase has the right talent and tools in place to meet our high standards of excellence.
  • Drive financial stewardship by managing project budgets and adjusting plans in real-time, ensuring we remain fiscally responsible while hitting our targets.
  • Communicate project impact through clear quality and progress metrics, keeping our leadership informed and our teams aligned on our shared success.
  • Solve complex roadblocks by proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep mission-critical projects on track and moving forward.
