About The Position

Capgemini Insights' Data Trust practice helps clients build confidence in their data through governance, quality, master data management, privacy, and ethical AI frameworks. As an Associate, you will support client engagements across these areas, working alongside senior consultants to deliver high-quality analysis, documentation, and recommendations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build strong consulting fundamentals while developing subject-matter expertise in data trust and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of client engagements related to data governance, data quality, master data management (MDM), and data privacy frameworks
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing client data and process information to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Support MDM-related activities such as data standardization, deduplication, hierarchy management, and stewardship process design
• Contribute to the creation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, process maps, data models, and governance documentation
• Participate in client workshops and interviews, capturing requirements and synthesizing findings under the guidance of senior team members
• Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging practices in data trust, master data management, and responsible AI
• Support project management activities such as tracking action items, timelines, and deliverable status
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders) to ensure alignment on project objectives
• Continuously build technical and functional knowledge of data trust tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, seeking feedback proactively and applying it to improve future work
