About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented MClub Attendant to join the team at the Boston Marriott Burlington. This role is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where service excellence and guest satisfaction are paramount. The MClub Attendant will be responsible for creating a relaxing and inviting lounge atmosphere during evening hours, setting up and maintaining food & beverage presentations, ensuring the lounge is clean, organized, and stocked, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring only eligible guests access the lounge. Collaboration with other departments is key to delivering a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus
