About The Position

The MClub Attendant will be responsible for the concierge lounge experience to include greeting the guests, serving the guest in a gracious and professional manner that represents the highest of standards to ensure exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the Marriott Hotel standards under the franchise of Mainsail. This position works Sunday - Thursday from 4:30pm - 10pm

Requirements

High school diploma, equivalent, or higher
Previous experience in hospitality, preferably as a server
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to use technology, e.g., tablets, iPads, computers, and POS system
Beverage knowledge, including wine and liquor
Ability to work on a team with members of the Front of House staff
Ability to handle station, and work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
A sense of ownership in everything that you do

Responsibilities

Set up, maintain and replenish food and beverage offerings and items needed for service (i.e. flatware, drinkware, condiments, linens, etc.
Serve guest in an efficient and courteous manner following the proper steps of service
Maintain knowledge of food and beverage items, including ingredients, preparation, accompaniments, and sauces
Bus tables quickly and quietly, ensuring table is thoroughly cleaned
Participate in daily cleaning of MClub and service stations
Attend monthly department meetings and daily standups
Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned
