A McDonald's Beverage Specialist prepares our New Specialty beverages including high quality Espresso drinks, Frappes and Smoothies, ensuring speed, consistency and cleanliness at the drink station. They focus on delivering superior, personalized drinks while operating specialized equipment, acting as a crucial team member for excellent customer service. Requirements

Previous experience with specialty beverages or fast food work history
Flexible work schedule
The ability to connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
Always willing to help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
An outstanding attitude
Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.
