About The Position

The Flowserve MBA Future Leader Program (FLP) is a 2-year rotational experience designed to accelerate the development of high-potential MBA graduates into impactful leadership roles across our global organization. Participants will gain hands-on experience in Business Strategy, Operations, and Portfolio/Product Management, while building a foundation for future roles in general management and enterprise leadership. This program is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving transformation in industrial technology, and who thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments. The program includes an Immersion Phase (3 months) with comprehensive onboarding, customer engagement, and site visits. This is followed by two 12-month rotational assignments in areas such as Strategic Planning & Business Transformation, Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management, and Operational Excellence & Supply Chain Strategy. Leadership development includes enterprise-wide strategic projects, executive mentorship, and leadership development programming.

Requirements

• MBA degree completed by Spring 2027.
• STEM undergraduate background (Engineering, Science, or related fields).
• 3–6 years of prior experience in industrial, operations/supply chain, product management, or commercial roles.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and strategic thinking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotational assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional or global teams.
• Passion for innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
