About The Position

Matriarch Home Care Concierge provides elevated, personalized in-home care for clients who expect more than standard home care. Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship-driven, concierge-level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home. We are seeking an exceptional caregiver for a FT opportunity in Gallatin, Tennessee. Schedule 8 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday. As an Elite Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality, client-focused in-home care while building meaningful relationships and supporting clients with dignity, professionalism, and compassion.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving, CNA, home care, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently in client homes
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to consistently work the scheduled shifts listed above

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, concierge-level in-home care
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and client safety
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation
• Ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
• Uphold Matriarch's standards of excellence, confidentiality, and courtesy
