About The Position

Huntington Learning Center is hiring in-person, part-time tutors who have expertise and experience tutoring various levels of math, including Algebra, Algebra 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, and AP Calculus. We are also looking for tutors who can teach Chemistry, Physics, and/or Biology at various levels. Huntington has been changing the lives of children since 1977. Requirements

This is an IN-PERSON POSITION. Candidates who are remote should not apply.
Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED.
Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students.

Nice To Haves

Certification/License a plus, but not required.
Current and retired teachers are encouraged.
Professionals with expertise in other subject areas are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Tutoring various levels of math, including Algebra, Algebra 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, and AP Calculus.
Teaching Chemistry, Physics, and/or Biology at various levels.
Work with students in a 1-to-1 setting, with the potential to work with 1-3 students as needed.
