About The Position

AJ Tutoring is looking for bright, energetic, and highly reliable math tutors to join our professional 1-on-1 tutoring team in the Bay Area. This is a great role for someone who loves teaching, enjoys working closely with students and families, and wants to be part of a thoughtful education team. Our tutors teach their subjects with care, build trust with students and parents, and pay attention to the bigger picture of what each student needs to feel supported and successful over time. Since 2005, AJ Tutoring has grown almost entirely through word of mouth because families trust the relationships our tutors build and the support our team provides. Tutors bring their subject expertise, warmth, and professionalism; AJ provides training, mentorship, materials, offices, and systems to help that work go well.
