About The Position

Help middle schoolers build math confidence! As a Math Tutor, you'll support students in grades 6–8 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:40 AM to 1:40 PM. You will provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep. You’ll collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive academically and personally.

Requirements

• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
• Passionate about supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ready to work alongside teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success.

Responsibilities
