Part-Time Math Tutor
About The Position
We are currently looking for Math instructors for Middle/High school level students. We help students in all subject areas. Math: Pre Alg, Alg, Geometry, Alg 2/Trig, Pre Calc, Calc. Tutors can teach some or all of these subjects! We also offer Science subjects including: Earth Science, Bio, Chemistry, and Physics. Math Instructors can be candidates for two Departments - Exam Prep and Subject Tutoring: Exam Prep: 1:1 individualized instruction to 11th-12th grade students preparing for the SAT/ACT exams. Subject Tutoring: 1:1 individualized instruction to 7th-12th grade students, providing academic support in one specific math/science subject.
Requirements
- 4-year degree required in a related field.
- Must be able to easily commute to our location in Yorktown Heights, NY.
- All experience levels are welcome to apply – recent grads, current teachers, and retired professionals.

Responsibilities
- Work with students in a 1-to-1 setting.
- Provide 1:1 individualized instruction to 11th-12th grade students preparing for the SAT/ACT exams.
- Provide 1:1 individualized instruction to 7th-12th grade students, providing academic support in one specific math/science subject.
