About The Position

Launch Your Career in Education—While Making a Real Impact. This role requires daily, in-person attendance in San Luis, Arizona. It offers both Full-Time (Monday - Friday; approximately 30 to 35 hours per week; During School Day; One School Year Based Fellowship) and Part-Time (Monday - Friday; AM Schedule Block - 8:00 to 12:00; PM Schedule Block - 12:00PM to 4:00 PM; approximately 20 - 29 hours per week; During the School Day; One School Year Based Fellowship) schedules. The hourly rate is $18/hour (non-exempt, paid bi-weekly). The start date is mid-July 2026 and the end date is late May 2027. This is an opportunity to turn your passion for change into a career that matters, supporting students by expanding access to high-quality math instruction. You will build meaningful, real-world experience and a strong professional skill set. This role is part of the solution to the lack of rigorous, personalized math support for students, particularly those from historically underserved communities. Through high-impact, small-group tutoring, you will accelerate student learning, build student confidence and identity as learners, help close opportunity gaps, and contribute to measurable academic outcomes. This is a hands-on learning experience designed to prepare you for a future in education, providing real classroom and instructional experience, leading small-group tutoring sessions, receiving ongoing coaching and feedback, and developing skills in lesson delivery, student engagement, and data-driven instruction. You will earn a steady income while building professional experience and gain practical, transferable skills. This role is designed to help you build a strong foundation by providing structured, real-world teaching experience, ongoing mentorship and coaching, a deep understanding of how students learn and succeed, and essential professional skills such as communication, adaptability, and problem-solving. Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Blueprint Schools Network participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
  • Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of at least an associate’s degree
  • English proficiency (Spanish language skills a plus)
  • Ability to commit through the end of the school year
  • Successful completion of required background screenings
  • Ability to reliably commute to school location based on assigned schedule

Responsibilities
