About The Position

Learn It Systems is a national education organization dedicated to helping children succeed in school and life. This role is an opportunity to join a growing, interdisciplinary team focused on creating exceptional learning experiences for children within K-12 classrooms. The position involves working with The School District of Philadelphia to deliver high-quality education services to Non-Public partners, collaborating with school personnel, program supervisors, and parents, both remotely and in person.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Must be able to go up and down stairs when holding in-person sessions.
• Frequent standing and ability to raise arms above the head when holding in-person sessions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have reliable internet and a working personal computer with updated software and web-camera.
• Must have hand dexterity for typing and entering data into a computer.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Zoom/Meets, and other Ed Tech platforms.
• Must be a self-starter and complete basic tasks with minimal supervision.
• Presently eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Valid State of Pennsylvania Primary or Secondary teaching certificate.
• Classroom teaching experience.
• Familiarity with various educational technology platforms.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective instruction.
• Collaborate with school administrators, classroom teachers, and parents.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Practice effective classroom management.
