About The Position

St. Catherine's High School is seeking a part time Math Teacher for the 26/27 school year and beyond. This position will teach upper level math courses such as Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics and AP Calculus. The schedule will consist of teaching 3-4 classes per day at a .5 FTE. St. Catherine's High School is one of seven schools within Siena Catholic Schools of Racine, serving over 1,600 students across six elementary/middle schools and one high school. The role involves guiding students toward excellence in academics, nurturing faith formation, and developing healthy individuals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate subject area.
Knowledge of application of best teaching practices
Ability to work in a high achieving school in a diverse environment.

High School teaching experience
Have general knowledge of transformative technology instruction.

Inspiring students and promoting mastery in subject area.
Helping to develop and implement curriculum that aligned with Wisconsin State Standards and Common Core Standards as they evolve.
Providing continual assessment of student progress and maintaining records.
Continually evaluating instructional performance to meet the needs of the students.
