About The Position
This position is a 1.0 FTE located at Jefferson Middle School for SY27. The role requires flexibility, dependability, and organization. The ideal candidate must be team-oriented, able to work cohesively with others, and possess a strong understanding of the academic, social, and emotional developmental needs of young adolescents.
Requirements
- Experience teaching mathematics on the middle school level.
- Understanding of the middle school child.
- Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.
- Mathematics endorsement.
Nice To Haves
- Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required.
