About The Position

Think Academy Irvine, a subsidiary of TAL Education Group, is an Ed-Tech company providing K-4 extracurricular learning services. We focus on fostering critical thinking, logic skills, and goal achievement through innovative teaching techniques, believing that love and technology enhance education. We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist who will also teach a limited number of classes to maintain a connection with students, parents, and classroom realities. This role is designed for individuals aiming for campus leadership, with a strong understanding of execution and a willingness to take ownership, focusing on business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Education, STEM, Business, or related fields preferred.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, imperfect environment.
Clear communication skills with parents, teachers, and internal teams.
Willingness to work during the weekends and take responsibility for results.
Passion for education with execution capability.

Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and drive key campus business goals, including renewals, parent satisfaction, and execution quality.
Coordinate daily campus operations and manage cross-functional tasks.
Support student enrollment, renewals, and parent communications.
Identify operational problems and drive solutions to completion.
Act as a key execution partner to the Campus Principal.
Teach 2-3 math classes per week for PreK-Elementary level students.
Utilize Think Academy's curriculum and teaching guidance.
Maintain teaching quality to stay connected with classroom realities.
