Math Learning Lab Peer Tutors provide academic support and assistance to fellow students for classes offered by the Department of Mathematics & Computer Science. This role involves facilitating learning, reinforcing course material, and helping students develop effective study skills. Peer tutors serve as mentors and guides, fostering a collaborative learning environment that encourages student success. Currently recruiting tutors for: Math 1014 – College Algebra, Math 1102 – Mathematical Perspectives, Math 1151/1161 – Math for Educators I and II, Math 1203 – Statistical Models for Social Science, Math 1205 – Finite Math with Applied Calculus for Business, Math 1015 – Precalculus, Math 1401 – Calculus 1, Math 1501/1511/2511 – Calculus 1, 2, or 3 for Math and Physical Science, Math 2111 – Statistics for Science, CSAS 1114/1115 – Intro to Program Design 1 and 2.
