About The Position
Mathnasium of Chicago Ravenswood is seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead their team as the Center Director. This role offers the opportunity to be a leader, build relationships, and foster a love for math in children. The position involves managing the center, driving sales, building community relationships, and creating a positive learning environment. The compensation includes a competitive base salary with uncapped performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- A knack for sales
- A solid understanding of elementary math
- A 4-year degree
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (M-Th), Sundays, and occasional community events.
