About The Position
This position involves coaching students in math problem-solving, developing math activities and lesson plans, and coordinating and attending math competitions. The role also includes planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction consistent with building and district curriculum, and supervising field trips. Other related duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work as a team player
- Understand the needs of middle school aged students
- Attendance and punctuality are important functions of this position
- Must be covid vaccinated
Responsibilities
- Coach students in math problem-solving
- Develop math activities and lesson plans in problem solving
- Coordinate and attend math competitions
- Plan, implement and evaluate instruction consistent with building and district curriculum
- Supervise field trips

Benefits
- Stipend: $1,189
- Stipends will be prorated on coaches availability to fulfill all coaching commitments
