Teaching Lab is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming teacher professional learning to improve student outcomes. They partner with educators and leaders to create systems that support these changes. This is a contractor (1099) position with a start date of August-September 2026, located in Albuquerque, NM. Compensation is based on a day-rate model, with no guaranteed hours. The role requires deep expertise in curriculum-based professional learning and equitable instructional practice, specifically for secondary (6-8) math educators implementing Eureka Math curricula. The Program department focuses on designing, delivering, and improving teacher professional learning, managing partnerships, and providing coaching. The Facilitator/Coach will design and deliver professional development, provide 1:1 and group coaching, build relationships with educators, and support data collection and reflection. This is an individual contributor role focused on effective delivery of professional learning and coaching.
