Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid SC teaching certification or possess the combined education and skills/experience to be considered highly qualified.

Responsibilities

Support staff through coaching cycles.
Work directly with teachers in a school, providing classroom-based demonstrations, collaborative, one-on-one support, and facilitating teacher inquiry and related professional development.
Work with administrators and teachers to collect and analyze data, interpret, and use it to guide instructional decisions.
Serve as part of the instructional leadership team.
Other duties as assigned by the principal.
